Morning all,   WE DID IT !!!!!  What a team you all are...............  Over 140 stores installed over 2 months, spread out over 1000's of miles of
Arizona's highways in every big & small town. 

NOT 1 store layout the same as the last......all in all, a HUGE undertaking.

I just wanted to stop for a moment and say THANK YOU to all for you for your parts in helping to make the BASHAS' sanitation roll out a success.

It took a mammoth effort on all our parts to pull this together and show the customer want we CAN do.

We have had our challenges for sure, but we over came them all.

Just wanted to tell you that EVERYONE who sees my proportioning systems at all 393 locations that my customers have were just amazed. They can not believe that:

1) An installation company like yours can do do this in 2 weeks
2) That it was shipped to each location
3) That it was all in one price per location, no hidden fees
4) And that it was so nicely installed, leveled, all holes filled along with wall charts.

Between the chemical and the installation company, I was amazed at the service they provided.

Needless to say, I have been sharing the news about N.I.S. And I will be sharing the name at the 2009 ISSA show in October with all my contacts... Take care and all the best!

I met with Mr. Rodriguez and the installation team this morning in Gainesville regarding the completion of the install of the new towel cabinets.

Mr. Rodriguez has been meeting with the team each morning @ 7:00am to confirm what buildings were completed, the goals for that day and make sure
there were no issues.  Also, Stephen or myself was able to check in with these guys as well as Mr Rodriguez several times a week to ensure everything was OK.

They sent 3 guys for this job (Bobby, Juan and Ronald) and these guys worked extremely hard, met all of our expectations and more; plus they
finished a week early.  Mr. Rodriguez said, "he wished he could trade 5 of his guys for one of them"!  This install team  was very independent which
added benefit  because we did not have to ask  Mr. Rodriguez with for help from his staff.  They really helped turn a bad situation around  and made
it such a smooth transition to the new dispensers.

The team replaced over  3,000 dispensers in 2 weeks. 

The university is going to need to order about 500  (with the University of Florida logo) tissue dispensers for a couple of new buildings that will
open soon.
